I took one bite out of my meat and it was so dry and chewy. Steak being reheated in a microwave= chewy dry meat. The had quite clearly been reheated in the microwave…. We also added salt and pepper to our chips and the “fresh” plates came back with salt and pepper on them. My friend has eaten one piece of her steak and when the “fresh” plates came back there was one piece of steak missing. Less then 5 minutes later she came back out with quite clearly the exact same plates of food. and her things reaction was to offset a refund, we said we would just like a fresh plate. The steak was cold and the onions was raw, the peas was stone cold. We came here for a meal and ordered two steak skewers meal and a portion of wings to start.
